Agreement
By using aloveandgrace.com (the "Site"), booking coaching, registering for an event, subscribing, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Services
We provide life coaching, group events, blog content, and hand-crafted candles and related goods. Coaching is offered under the terms of our separate Coaching Agreement and our Coaching Disclosure.
Booking and payment
Fees are stated at the time of booking or checkout. Payment is due at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been arranged in writing. Sessions or seats are only confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- 1:1 sessions: reschedule at least 24 hours before your session at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows are billed at the full session rate.
- Events and workshops: refundable up to 14 days before the event; within 14 days seats become non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee with our approval.
- Coaching packages: non-refundable once the first session has occurred, except where required by law.
Product purchases (candles & goods)
- All products are hand-poured in small batches; slight variation is normal and not a defect.
- Candles ship within 5–7 business days of order. Shipping times after dispatch depend on the carrier.
- Damaged or incorrect items: email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund.
- For safety information, always follow the burn instructions on the label. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse.
Blog and content
Articles on the blog are for general informational and inspirational purposes and are not professional advice. All text, images, and design on the Site are © A Love and Grace unless otherwise noted. You may share links; do not republish content without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to harass others, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the Site's operation. We may suspend access for violations.
Disclaimers
The Site and services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific results from coaching, events, blog content, or product use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
