Who I am

A Love and Grace is a private life coaching studio owned and operated by Rebecca Jean-Pierre ("Coach," "I," "me," or "we"). I offer 1:1 coaching, group circles, workshops and events for women and girls.

What coaching is

Life coaching is a thought partnership focused on the present and future. Together we clarify goals, explore beliefs, and design actions that move you toward the life you want. My work draws on personal experience, ongoing training and a faith- and values-informed lens.

What coaching is not

Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatry, medical care, nutritional advice, legal advice, or financial advice. I am not a licensed mental-health professional, physician, attorney, or financial advisor. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental, emotional, or physical condition.

If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or a medical emergency, please contact 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. If you are currently under the care of a licensed professional, please continue that care and consult them before making changes based on our sessions.

Your responsibility

You are the expert on your own life. Any decisions or actions you take during or after coaching are your own responsibility. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Your engagement, honesty and follow-through are the biggest factors in the outcomes you experience.

Confidentiality

What you share in sessions is treated as private. I may disclose information without consent only where required by law (for example, credible threat of harm to self or others, suspected abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult, or valid legal process).

Working with minors

Coaching for teen girls (under 18) requires written consent from a parent or legal guardian and a brief intake conversation before the first session.
