Shop, Shipping & Returns

Handmade in small batches
Every candle is hand-poured by Rebecca in small batches. Slight variation in color, texture and scent throw is a natural part of a hand-made product and not a defect.
Processing & shipping
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Standard shipping within the US: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages once marked delivered, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Returns & refunds
- Because candles are consumable goods, we do not accept returns of used items.
- Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price (shipping is non-refundable). Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: email aloveandgrace@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
Candle safety
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.
- Trim wick to 1/4" before each burn. Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time.
- Place on a heat-safe, level surface. Discontinue use when 1/2" of wax remains.
A Love and Grace is not liable for injury, property damage, or loss caused by improper use of our products. Always follow the safety label.
Allergies & sensitivities
Our candles contain fragrance oils and may not be suitable for everyone. If you have known sensitivities, please review the product description or email us before purchasing.
