1. 1. Serious Commitment to Personal Power and Growth

   I agree that by joining this program, I am serious about changing and improving my relationship with myself and the areas of my life we will work on together.

   I agree not to defend old beliefs or patterns that no longer serve me during and outside of our sessions.

   I am fully open to receiving and exploring the most empowering, and growth-oriented ideas and actions available to me.

4. 4. Confidentiality

   I agree to keep all session content and shared materials private, and that my coach will also keep everything we discuss confidential except where required by law.

5. 5. Personal Responsibility

   I acknowledge that my transformation depends on my effort, actions, honesty, and follow-through. I understand that my coach is a guide, not a fixer.

6. 6. Respectful Communication

   I agree to engage in respectful and open communication during all interactions, both in and out of meetings.

7. 7. Payments & Refunds

   I agree to the payment schedule and understand that payments are non-refundable. I also commit to making each payment on time and in full.

8. 8. Session Preparation

   I agree to come prepared for each session with proper materials, having completed any reflection exercises, action steps or journaling prompts assigned.

9. 9. Attendance and Punctuality

   I agree to attend all scheduled sessions on time and to give at least 24 hours' notice if I need to reschedule.

10. 10. No-Show & Rescheduling Policy

    I agree to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling requests. I understand that missing a session without appropriate prior notice, or failing to attend without a respectful cause, will result in the automatic discontinuation of the coaching program. I also acknowledge that any payments already made will not be refunded.

    I agree to join each Zoom session from a quiet, private space with perfect wi-fi and to have my camera on to create a connected, focused environment.

12. 12. Coach Boundaries

    I understand that my coach will maintain professional boundaries and is not available for emergency mental health crises or 24/7 communication outside agreed channels.

13. 13. Personal Growth Responsibility

    I take full responsibility for my decisions, actions, and results throughout this program, and I release my coach from any liability for outcomes in my life outside our sessions.

14. 14. Respect, Courtesy, and Termination

    I agree to engage with Rebecca Jean-Pierre, the company A Love and Grace, LLC, and this coaching relationship with respect, courtesy, consideration, and professionalism throughout its entirety. I understand that respect, courtesy and consideration are mutual in all professional agreements. I understand that my coach reserves the right to completely discontinue services if this agreement or its protocols are violated.
